The firm must possess: valid current California PLS and PE; minimum two years surveying experience on projects of similar scope; ability to set monuments, enter survey data in AutoCad database, and produce survey base maps in AutoCad format showing the location of buildings, roads, landscape and drainage features, and utilities. Must be able to provide legal property descriptions and establish property lines, produce detailed topographic maps including contour lines with spot elevations at critical points, operate transit and maintain well documented survey field notes. Firm must be adequately staffed to complete surveying and AutoCad tasks in a timely manner.
