The project consists of removal of existing gravel surfaced built-up roofing membranes and insulation with new insulation, and a gravel surfaced 4-ply asphalt and fiberglass felt built-up roof membrane for the Range Class Room, Old K9 Building, Driver Training Center Building, and the Tactical Hotel Building. An "Add Alternate" is included in the work requirements to remove the existing galvanized built-in gutter liner with new stainless steel gutter liner for the Computer Security Building. A site visit is scheduled for Wednesday, March 17, 1999, at 10:00 AM at the Rowley Training Center located at 9200 Powder Mill Road, Beltsville, MD.
