The contractor shall provide all management, labor, equipment and tools necessary to maintain 1713 MFH units and 447 Dormitory units at Beale AFB in a manner that will ensure the units are properly maintained in accordance with commercial standards. Housing maintenance includes managing a service call system, performing recurring maintenance inspection and repairs, performing timely changes of occupancy, performing major and minor maintenance of units, cleaning MFH units, performing grounds maintenance, performing entomology services and other management services as required. The proposed solicitation is unrestricted under SIC 1799. The solicitation will be a competitive Request For Proposal using Performance- Price Trade-Off evaluation procedures. A DRAFT copy of the Statement of Work and Quality Assurance Plan are advertised at this same site for industry comment.
