Dillard, (850) 452-4616, ext. 135 It is the intent of this office to award sole source contracts to the following firms in order to upgrade and/or replace existing Direct Digital Controls and computer software/hardware to ensure existing systems are Year 2000 compliant. Appropriate approvals have been obtained to use the following as they are the original manufacturers and installers and do not permit other entities to work on their equipment. (a) Mann Mechanical Services, 300 No. Tarragona Street, Pensacola, FL 32501 to upgrade existing SIEBE Direct Digital Controls in 36 buildings. This firm is the SIEBE representative and installed the initial system; (b) Siemens, 1231 Barrancas Avenue, Pensacola, FL 32501 to upgrade SIEMENs Direct Digital Controls in 28 buildings; (c) Monaco Enterprises, Inc., 14820 E. Spague Avenue, Spokane, WA 99214-0129 to upgrade the existing Monaco fire alarm receiving system, and (d) ILEX Systems, Inc., 1570 Buckeye Drive, Miltitas, CA 95035 to upgrade Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) System.
