Anticipated SIC code is 1799 with a small business threshold of $7 million. Seymour Johnson AFB NC is conducting market research and welcomes industry input on the Performance Work Statement. The contractor shall perform all required tasks associated with maintaining 1,697 MFH units and 45 MFH mobile home lots at Seymour Johnson AFB NC in a manner that will ensure the units and or grounds are properly maintained to achieve clean, safe, livable conditions. MFH maintenance applies to all houses, garages, carports, storage rooms, (sheds in the mobile home park), grounds, playgrounds and equipment, and buildings provided for the contractor's use. Housing maintenance includes but is not limited to: ensuring timely changes of occupancy maintenance, managing a service call system and performing required repairs, performing appliance repair and/or replacement, performing recurring maintenance inspections and repairs, performing groundsand playground maintenance, performing disaster response work, completing special improvements and/or repairs, and other management services as required.
