The draft technical documentation will be posted on the NAVSEA Contracts Directorate home page (http://www.contracts.hq.navsea.navy.mil/home). It includes a draft Statement of Work (SOW), draft Performance Requirements, and draft Interface Control Documents for the PRMS to External Element interfaces. The PRMS consists of a Pressurized Rescue Module, Mating Skirt, Umbilical Winch, Umbilical, Control Van, and transport interfaces. The draft documentation is provided to (1) solicit industry comments on the reasonableness and feasibility of the content of the draft documentation, and (2) to alert industry to the upcoming procurement.
