D. Cooper The Defense Intelligence Agency intends to make award on a
sole source basis for ADP Support Equipment to CNT, 8850 Stanford
Blvd., Suite 2400, Columbia, Maryland 21045. In the statement of work,
the intent of this contract is to provide for hardware/software
maintenance support for CNT UltraDirector products. The contract shall
provide on-line 24x7 hardware/software maintenance support as
required, to accomplish the following: 1. The contractor shall, without
additional charge, use its best efforts to respond to the Governments
technical inquiries quickly and keep hardware/software in good
operating condition throughout the period of the contract. 2. The
contractor shall bear all costs related thereto including, but not
limited to, labor, travel and documentation. Maintenance can normally
be accomplished by sending a tape(s) with the correction(s), update(s),
or enhancement(s) which have been made, along with accompanying
instructions for their implementaton; however, if implementation of
changes requires contractor personnel be in attendance at the
installation, the contractor shall comply. 3. Maintenance service shall
include detection and correction of any hardware/software error and
updating of all changes relative to the vendor's hardware/software
products. Should it become necessary to replace a defective
hardware/software there will be no charge for said replacement. 4. The
contractor shall correct errors or replace purchased hardware/software
within one (1) working days after notification that a hardware/software
correction is required, during the maintenance period. This must be
accomplished through the use of Federal Express, or an equivalent
service, and at the contractors expense. 5. The contractor shall
provide for updates to the hardware/software and new releases as
require. 6. The contractor must provide a customer assistance (hotline)
service on a 24 hour per day, 7 day per week basis. The period of
performance is 01 October 1998 through 30 September 1999. The
