C -- ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN SERVICES FOR PRESIDIO NON-RESIDENTIAL BUILDINGS DUE 032699 POC Linda Wong (415) 561-5352 The Presidio Trust is soliciting statements of qualifications from architectural firms for the rehabilitation of non-residential buildings at the Presidio of San Francisco. Scope of work to be contracted includes the full range of typical architectural and engineering services including feasibility studies, schematic design, design development, construction documents, construction supervision and close-out. Affiliated disciplines should include landscape architecture, interior design and space planning, structural, mechanical, electrical, and civil engineering as part of the architectural team. Disciplines might also include environmental/industrial hygiene for lead/asbestos.Through this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) process, the Presidio Trust will pre-qualify one or more architectural firms with a demonstrated and successful track record in building rehabilitation, particularly with historically significant buildings. Statements of Qualifications will be evaluated based upon the criteria set forthin the RFQ issued February 22, 1999 and can be obtained by calling (415) 561-5335.
