Contractor shall provide all necessary personnel and equipment to complete ignition of the unit in 5 days and complete the project in 11 days. Project shall be completed by June 1, 1999. Unit is located near Lake Davis, 6 miles north of the city of Portola, California. Solicitation to be released on, or about March 5, 1999. Offerors shall submit a written quotation.
