Zolnowsky, Contracting Officer, 605/737-6739 The South Dakota Army National Guard (SDARNG) has a requirement for self serve all-you-can-eat buffet type meals. Contractor shall provide all subsistence, supplies, and labor for commercial meals. This shall be a "turnkey" operation where the Government will provide certain property under accountability. Balance of equipment to be provided by the Contractor. Government facility to be utilized is the Custer Hall (Bldg T-274) at the Regional Training Institute, Ft. Meade, SD, (which is located near Sturgis, SD). Pricing to be provided for morning, noon, and evening meals. Meals for government personnel will be required during the approximate period of 19 June through 30 Jul 99. The awardee shall meet all requirements of a food preparation/serving business within the State of South Dakota. No award shall be made unless the Contracting Officer makes an affirmative determination of responsibility for the potential contractor. This acquisition shall be 100% small business set aside. For SIC 5812, Eating Places, the small business size standard is $5.0M, except Institutional Food Service which is $15.0.
