Requirement Description: CLIN 0001 -- Contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, parts, equipment, supplies, and material to remove small trees, shrubs and old asphalt, in a five (5) acre area near Runway 22. Work must be completed in strict accordance with contract terms and conditions and Statement of Work (Attachment 3). All responsible sources are invited to submit proposals in writing, signed by an authorized individual of the company. The Government will not accept electronic, telegraphic, facsimile or telephonic proposals. Award will be made to the responsible, responsive offeror whose offer is deemed acceptable and represents the best value to the Government. The Government intends to make one award. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial, applies to this acquisition and there is no addenda to this provision.
