(NAS) Pensacola has a = direct=20 conversion requirement for Weapons
Training. Services to be provided = include=20 Small Weapons Training
and Explosives Training and Certification. The = Fleet=20 and
Industrial Supply Center (FISC) Norfolk Detachment Philadelphia is =
seeking=20 sources capable of fulfilling this requirement. The
contractor shall = operate a=20 Small Arms Training Range, an Armory
for the storage and repair of = small arms,=20 and explosives handling
safety training in support of the Pensacola = Regional=20 Complex. The
contractor shall ensure accountability and security while = complying
with all safety and certification requirements. The = contractor
shall=20 perform maintenance and groundskeeping of the Small Arms Range
and = Armory. =20 Additionally, the contractor shall receive and
maintain accountability = of all=20 auditable documents, establish an
effective training program, and = perform=20 required analysis within
prescribed timeframes. The contractor is = expected to=20 operate the
facility in strict compliance with NAVAIR OP 5 and all = current and=20
revised directives. The contractor=92s staff shall be fully trained,=20
professional, customer-service oriented, and consistently provide =
quality=20 performance in accordance with applicable standards and
guidelines. = Personnel=20 certification shall be in accordance with
OPNAVINST 3591.1C and = OPNAVINST=20 4790.2F, which states the
qualification levels and their respective=20 qualification standards.
Annual workload estimates for Small Weapons = Training=20 is 133
sessions. Annual workload estimates for Explosives Training and =
Certification is 57 sessions. All interested parties are requested to
