Sources Sought -- The Naval Air Station (NAS) Pensacola has a = direct=20 conversion requirement for Weapons Training. Services to be provided = include=20 Small Weapons Training and Explosives Training and Certification. The = Fleet=20 and Industrial Supply Center (FISC) Norfolk Detachment Philadelphia is = seeking=20 sources capable of fulfilling this requirement. The contractor shall = operate a=20 Small Arms Training Range, an Armory for the storage and repair of = small arms,=20 and explosives handling safety training in support of the Pensacola = Regional=20 Complex. The contractor shall ensure accountability and security while = complying with all safety and certification requirements. The = contractor shall=20 perform maintenance and groundskeeping of the Small Arms Range and = Armory. =20 Additionally, the contractor shall receive and maintain accountability = of all=20 auditable documents, establish an effective training program, and = perform=20 required analysis within prescribed timeframes.
