Units must be within a ten mile radius of Keesler AFB MS. The units must be fully furnished and include, but not limited to, the following amenities: dinnerware, flatware, coffee maker, toaster, pots, pans, utensils, sheets, pillows, blankets, bath towels, wash cloths, linens, iron and ironing board, clock radio with alarm,local phone service provided, full kitchen (including stove, refrigerator, microwave) Washer and dryer, TV, and as a minimum once a week maid service. The price must include all utilities (water, electricity, and cable TV, and basic Phone). Offerors are to provide a list of amenities included with their quote, the amenities will be made a part of any subsequent contract. The government reserves the right to extend the month to month rental with a 30 day notification.
