Z -- REHABILITATION CONSTRUCTION SERVICES FOR PRESIDIO RESIDENTIAL STRUCTURES POC Linda Wong (415) 561-5352 The Presidio Trust is soliciting statements of qualifications from construction firms for Phase I of the rehabilitation of residential buildings, at the Presidio of San Francisco, located along Portola Street and Liggett Avenue. These residential structures were built between 1931 and 1939 and contribute to the National Historic Landmark designation of the Presidio. Scope of work includes the full range of residential rehabilitation construction services, including sustainable construction, with emphasis on energy conservation, water conservation, indoor air quality, and use of sustainable and recycled building materials.Through this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) process, the Presidio Trust will pre-qualify one or more construction firms having a demonstrated and successful performance history in building rehabilitation, particularly with residential and historically significant buildings. Statements of Qualifications will be evaluated based upon the criteria set forth in the RFQ.
