Any resultant award will be issued as a 5 year long term contract (2 base years and three one year options) with an estimated award value of $912,000.00. The only approved sources are SPAR Aerospace located in Carleton PL Ontario, Canada and International Enterprises located in Talladega, AL. There are no drawings available. The subject item requires Government source approval prior to contract award, as the item is flight critical and/or the technical data available has not been determined adequate to support acquisition via full and open competition. The time required for approval of a new source is normally such that award cannot be delayed pending approval of a new source.
