This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; Quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Solicitation number is FA4416-99-T0231. Offerors must comply with all instructions in FAR 52.212-1 with submittal of their offer and provide all information. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-10. The Standards Industrial Classification Number is 5063 and the Business Size Standard is 100 employees. The proposed contract action here is a small business set aside.
