In addition, the contractor shall provide monthly on-site preventive maintenance service calls for the period of 1 Mar 99 -- 29 Feb 2000. Award to any other source would result in duplication of costs that are expected to be recovered through competition and unacceptable delays in fulfilling the agency's requirements.
