Sucessful bidder shall be an EPA permitted transporter, liscensed for transport in all applicable states. The contractor shall be required to transport hazardous waste to a Part B, Treatment, Storage and Disposal Facility (TSDF). All bidders shall furnish with their bid, a copy of their EPA permit designating bidder's company as an EPA-permitted transporter. Failure to furnish proper certificate with bid will cause rejection of bid. All bidders shall also furnish, the name, location and authorization of the TSDF where the hazardous waste will be transported. All other requirements previously stated in the February 1, 1999 notice remain in effect. Request for bid sets must be in writing to the address listed above or faxed to (205) 933-4489.
