The Contractor shall provide all labor management, transportation, equipment, tools, instruments, materials, supplies, incidentals and supervision required to perform inspection, full preventative maintenance, filter replacements, minor alterations, repair and component replacement required to maintain heating, ventilating, air conditioning, cooling towers, air compressors and related equipment in accordance with the requirements specified on Firm Fixed Price Work. Unscheduled work shall be accomplished in accordance with the Schedule of Indefinite Quantity Work, on a as needed basis. The Contractor shall provide preventive maintenance, repair and services at the Naval Weapons Station Seal Beach, Ca. And surrounding areas by means of a combination firm fixed price/indefinite quantity type contract. Performance time will be for twelve months from award. The total duration of this contract, including exercise of any options, shall not exceed five years. Bids will be considered from all responsible sources.
