The strategic planning should focus on the delivery of community-based mental health and rehabilitation services. The services would also include working with Community Care Division management to identify potential grant sources which fund clinical activities that support the mission and vision of the Community Care Center and the Mental Health Care Line, and coordinate the development and responses to grant applications. Work would also include providing consultation to the Community Care Division to identify, develop, and manage partnerships with community nonprofit organizations, state and federal agencies, and other treatment partners that will enhance mental health community care effectiveness, efficiency, and access.
