Work will consist of furnishing all necessary labor, materials to construct an environmentally controlled dormitory and will include demolition of the current existing 4-series hutments at the Medical Readiness Field Training Site of Sheppard AFB, Texas, in accordance with the plans and specifications for Project VNVP 981063D. Standard metal building system will be used with a minimum of interior finishing on the dormitory. Magnitude of construction is between $100,000 and $250,000. Performance period is 120 calendar days from issuance of Notice to Proceed. Solicitation is being issued for full and open competition. Solicitation and any subsequent amendments will be posted on the Electronic Posting System web page at (http://eps.arnet.gov/). Paper copies will not be provided. Contractors will be solely responsible for monitoring the Internet and obtaining the solicitation and amendments and downloading them for their files.
