The project consists of the installation of specialty fuel system high point vent and low point drain piping, rehabilitation of an existing oil/water separator pumps and drain piping, the installation of a fuel transfer line cathodic protection system, painting of the exterior of two 20,000 BBL fuel storage tanks, and concrete work for the containment dike for a single 20,000 BBL tank. Bid documents are available on or about March 11, 1999. Estimated cost of work is between $250,000 and $500,000. Requests for plans and specifications shall indicate in writing whether firm will bid as a prime contractor or a subcontractor. Unrestricted.
