transportation and supervision required to repair moorings, parking lot
and other miscellaneous items at U. S. Coast Guard Marine Safety
Office, Wilmington, NC. Major work items include: Repair spalls on
concrete pile caps; replace corner of concrete slab; replace concrete
support for railing; remove curb; inspect fender piles below the
waterline and provide report on condition; remove and replace damaged
timber fender piles; install new timber fender piles; remove and
replace camel hardware; repair pipe penetrations through the steel
sheet pile bulkhead; excavate temporary concrete sinkhole patch and
replace with new geotech fabric, subgrade and asphalt; remove and
replace deteriorated sections of asphalt in parking lot; seal coat
parking lot; remove all utility lines between the bulkhead and safety
fence; and install grout injected fabric form system against steel
sheet pile bulkhead. This procurement is estimated between $100K and
$250K and is open to large and small businesses in accordance with the
Small Business Competitive Demonstration Program. The applicable SIC
