Work will consist of furnishing all necessary labor and materials to replace latrine exhaust fans, add exhaust duct and register in showers, replace existing exhaust registers in ceiling and hall doors, replace shower plaster ceiling and patch and paint miscellaneous plaster. Magnitude of construction is between $100,000 and $250,000. Performance period is 300 calendar days from issuance of Notice to Proceed. Solicitation is being issued for full and open competition. Solicitation and any subsequent amendments will be posted through the Electronic Posting System (http://eps.arnet.gov/). Paper copies will not be provided. Contractors will be solely responsible for monitoring the internet and obtaining the solicitation and amendments and downloading them for their files.
