Servicing shall include pumping, removal and disposal of liquid and solid waste (urine/fecal) contained in holding tanks of latrines. Cleaning and disinfecting of tanks and replacement of holding tank chemicals. Cleaning of interior and exterior areas of field latrines facilities. This Request For Quote (RFQ) is issued as a Simplified Commercial Acquisition and will be a 100% small business set-aside under the authority of FAR Parts 12, 13 and 19, SIC Code 4959. The anticipated issue date is on-or about 1 March 1999. The Service will be provided to Fort Drum, New York for the initial period of 1 Jun 1999 through 31 May 2000, a 12 month base period, with four 12 month option periods.
