hydraulic test stands capable of testing hydraulic componenets from
Army Helicopters. Components to be tested include hydraulic pumps and
motors, flight control actuator top assemblies, electrohydraulic
valves, linear and rotary actuators, various solenoid operated valves
and miscellaneous hydraulic components. The stand should include as a
minimum, the following features: stainless steel cabinet construction;
variable speed, 30 HP DC drive and dynamometer.; 15 GPM @ 3000 PSI
high pressure circuit, 20 GPM @ 200 PSI low pressure boost circuit,
pneumatic driven circuit for extreme high pressure tests of 10,000 PSI;
compatible with MIL0H-5606, MIL-H-83282, filtration devices on the high
pressure/low pressure/return circuits; digital format to display unit
under test and test stand perfomance parameters; PC based data
acquisition system, separate pentium based computer with real time GUI
with end user cusomization capability, 17" touch screen industrial
monitor, keyboard, time based plotting, X-Y-Y plot capability, plot
overlay, servo drivers; temperature control subcircuit to control unit
under test oil temperature; variable power supply suitable to operate
the componenets. Power is to be 230 or 460 VAC, 3 phase, 60Hz. Copies
