Qty. 5 ea: Tornado developers licenses for Sun Solaris and RAD6000. 2. Qty. 1 yr: maintenance/support for line item one. 3. Qty. 2: Tornado developers licenses for Windows NT and Powerpc. 4. Qty. 1 yr: maintenance/support for line item three. This procurement is being conducted under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). NASA/GSFC intends to purchase the items from Wind Rivers Systems as they are the originator of this software and the only provider of the support for this software. The Authority is 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1), Only One Responsible Source. The Government intends to acquire a commercial item using FAR Part 12. See Note 22. Interested firms have 21 days from the publication of this synopsis to submit in writing to the identified point of contact, their qualifications/capabilities.
