Crosby Jr., Contracting Officer The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), Personnel Security Unit (PSU), has a requirement for multiple independent contractors with expertise in personnel security services to conduct security evaluation analyses. A labor-hour requirements contract with fixed rates is contemplated. Performance will occur in Washington D.C. at FBI Headquarters. The contractor(s) will provide advisory and assistance services by reviewing personnel related data and preparing written evaluations of the same. These evaluations must be of a nature that would provide senior adjudicators with specific and justified conclusions to formulate rational and accurate administrative decisions. A thorough knowledge of Government security regulations is required. Contractors shall be required to have Top Secret clearance as deemed by the FBI after a complete background investigation. This is a 100% Small Business set-aside. The Standard Industrialized Classification (SIC) Code for the requirement is 8999. The small business size standard is $5.0 million average annual receipts for the previous three (3) years. The period of performance will be one base year with one (1) option year.
