Specifically, the Bureau of Primary Health Care (BPHC) is seeking an entity that has experience and expertise in working with underserved and vulnerable populations and communities, including health centers; extensive and successful track record of providing capital and equity to health centers; and a team of professionals that can be dedicated to work with the BPHC, its grantees, as well as potential applicants and lenders.
