Air Traffic Control Services for the Pennsylvania Army National Guard, Muir Army Airfield, Fort Indiantown Gap, Annville, PA. The contractor shall furnish all personnel, equipment and supplies, except Government Furnished Property, to operate the airfield in accordance with the Statement of Work and the Solicitation. The contractor shall provide Air Traffic Control Services to aircraft arriving or departing Muir Army Airfield. The contractor shall be required to perform flight following of aircraft along established flight corridors and in the Northern Training Area. Flight following shall be conducted on separate routes and altitudes for aided and unaided flights. The contractor shall implement the routes as directed by the Airspace Management Committee. It's estimated the service shall be required for between 14 and 16 hours daily. All controllers shall be Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Certified Air Traffic Controllers. Estimated period of performance is 1 Jul 99 through 30 Jun 00 with options to extend services of the contract at one (1) year intervals up to four (4) years. SIC Code is 4581. Solicitation, a Request For Proposal, will be available 15 calendar days after this publication. Proposal due date listed is estimated. Actual Proposal due date will be 30 calendar days after issue date of the RFP. Only written requests for the RFP will be accepted. Phone requests will not be honored. All requests must include Federal Tax Identification Number and Corporate Status Information defined as one of the following: a) Corporation providing Medical and Health care services; b) Other Corporate Entity; c) Sole Proprietorship; d) Partnership; e) Hospital or Extended Care facility which is operated as a non-profit entity and is tax exempt for taxation under CFR 501(a). All contractors wishing to be considered Shall provide verification of their registry with the Central Contractor Registry (CCR) with their request. Also, each contractor shall include verification they're capable of Electronic Funds Transfer.
