sd12@nswc.navy.mil. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren
Division (NSWCDD), intends to procure lodging for the Marine Corps
Warfighting Laboratory (MCWL), located in the Oakland, Ca. The Area
required lodging must be located within one mile of Jack London Square.
The required lodging must be equivalent to the standards for a
commercial mid-size hotel. The hotel must be able to accommodate all
MCWL lodging listed below. All rooms shall be furnished with a minimum
of one full size bed for singles or two full size beds for doubles,
night stand, lamp, four drawer chest, color TV (minimum 17"), phone,
private bath, mirror, alarm clock. Each room shall have a private bath,
with lavatory, commode, tub and shower, and a closet capable of
accommodating thirty articles of clothing on hangers. Hotel shall
provide daily maid service (fresh linens, vacuum, and make beds).
Contractor shall have capability to offer breakfast and dinner in room
service and restaurant facility in house. Contractor shall be able to
provide access togymnasium with weight lifting and running equipment
for servicemen physical fitness training, in-house laundry facilities,
capability to provide parking (provide rates in quote), in-house
security, active duty discount rates preferred. The contractor shall
provide conference room facilities capable of handling up to 300 people
per session, audiovisual equipment, slide projector, movie projector,
podium, microphone, projector screen, TV, and VCR (vendor shall include
rental rates in quote). Contractor shall provide fax line capabilities
in conference room with rates for ISDN line access in conference room.
Theater capability desired not required. The estimated room
requirements to be procured are as follows: 17 singles and 10 doubles

doubles 6 Mar 99, 18 singles and 12 doubles 7 Mar 99, 25 singles and 15

doubles 10 Mar 99, 28 singles and 25 doubles 11 Mar 99, 30 singles
and25 doubles 12-13 Mar 99, 30 singles and 29 doubles 14-19 Mar 99, 28
singles and 26 doubles 20 Mar 99, 28 singles and 20 doubles 21 Mar 99,
9 singles and 19 doubles 22 Mar 99, 5 singles 5 doubles 23 Mar 99, 3
singles and 2 doubles 24-25 Mar 99, 2 singles and 2 doubles 26 Mar 99,
3 singles 27 -30 Mar 99, 99, 1 single 31 Mar 99. NSWCDD will procure
a block of room nights. The specific numbers and dates are subject to
change. The SIC code for this procurement is 7011 with a 5 million size

OUT IN THIS CBD NOTICE. All quotes shall include the vendor's TAX
IDENTIFICATION NUMBER, CAGE CODE, DUNS NUMBER and certification that
their company is registered in the Central Contractor Registration Data
