This synopsis issued to conduct market research, identify sources, and request capability statements for the anticipated acquisition of the United States Air Force Academy Visitor Center Tour Bus requirement. This requirement is for year round commercial tour bus services to made available to the general public under a gross-income-sharing agreement to be known as "Tour Bus Services." Capability statements are requested and should contain information in the following areas: 1) Business size status; 2) List of current or previous similar contracts to include POC names and numbers; 3) past performance information; 4) specifics on contract type and contract surveillance methods used on current or previous contracts; 5) special or unique contractor qualifications; and 6) comments on the draft statement of work. The Standard Industrial Classification Code is 4141 and the business size standard is $5M. Response to this synopsis will be evaluated to assist the Government in determining solicitation and performance work statement development and requirements and to determine if there are any small businesses capable of performance.
