Visitor Processing Center, D-CEETA, Fort Belvoir, VA will be advertised as a Request for Proposal (RFP). The total estimated cost of construction is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. Completion no later than 270 calendar days. Work consists of construction of a Visitor Processing Facility consisting of a 96 SF guard house and a 848 SF main facility at the Defense Communications Electronic Evaluation and Testing Activity (D-CEETA) facility, Fort Belvoir, VA. The main building has reinforced concrete walls with a painted finish. The guard house and guard station has prefabricated walls. Included in the construction is bullet-resistant glass and a ballistic steel door. Finishes include carpet tile, sheet vinyl flooring and epoxy paint. Included in the facility are structural concrete floor slab, communications, security protection and electrical power. Site improvements include lighting, storm drainage, water, sanitary sewer, and storm water management.
