The building is an State Department of Natural Resources (DNR) building that is being upgraded to allow for office space for the US Forest Service. This work includes coordination with the DNR designers and coordination with DNR construction crews and contractors during remodeling/construction. The majority of the work required under this project is the HVAC systems with electrical being a much smaller portion of the design/work required.
