The Solicitation document and incorporated provision and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-08 This action is a 100% small business set-aside. The SIC Code is 5045 computer equipment, peripherals and software, and the small business size standard is 500. Offers shall provide a price proposal for the following items (NO substitutions will be accepted) (FAXES ACCEPTED)(Items are for Personal Computers) (Include Tax ID, Duns Number, and SIC Code in your quote): Item (1) Microsoft Windows 95 Maintenance Licenses, Eighty (80) Each $______________. ITEM (2) Microsoft Word 6.0Competitive Upgrade License, Four Hundred (400) Each $__________. Item (3) Microsoft Office 97 Competitive Upgrade License Three Hundred Fifty (350) Each $_______________. Item (4) The Government does not require any software. If copies of licenses are to be provided, they will be provided on a single CDRom.
