An Indefinite Delivery Type of Contract will be used. Items and quantities (approximate, maximum) as follows: Lot # 1: Marine Corps, Men's Green 28,128 units Army, Wmn's, 39,072 units Army, Men's, 86,400 units Lot # 2: Air Force, Men's 85,000 units Army, Men's 57,600 units Lot # 3: Navy, Wmn's 19,392 units Marine Corp,Men's, Blue 30,600 units Air Force, Wmn's, 33,422 units Basic Cloth will be provided by the Government. All items include 4 term options with 120 days production leadtime, except for Army Men's with 3 term options and production leadtime of 485 days. Offers will be FOB destination. This is a best value acquisition. Product demonstration will be submitted with the offer as well as a technical proposal that will include past performance, manufacturing plan inclusive of surge capability, quality assurance and socio economic plans. Offer may be for one, 2 or 3 lots, however only one lot will be allowed per offeror.
