The new design includes the removal of the existing Ceiling Radient Heat System and Wall Heat Convectors, all associated heat exchangers and controls, remediation of associated asbestos, and the design of a Heating/Cooling HVAC System and eMS Controls to serve the Sixth Floor. Area of HVAC coverage is approximately 16,850 Square Feet. Design to include all architectural, structural, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Asbestos remediation, and Construction Period Abatement Monitoring services as described in this scope of work. As part of this design, A/E shall additionally evaluate the main boiler plant fuel pump distribution system installed in 1998. The estimated cost range for construction is $500,000 to $1,000,000.
