The Naval Air System Command intends to issue order(s) under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00019-96-G-0023 with Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation, 6900 Main Street, Stratford CT.06615-9129, for the inclusion of the IETMs requirement. The Contractor shall develop and deliver organizational-level CH-53E and MH-53E aircraft technical manuals into an IETM. The IETM shall be fu1ly functional, (Class III at a minimum -- hyper-linked, and/or Class IV Meta DTD Node traversement based) to facilitate data retrieval in a portable computer and the product of a single database. IETM work packages shall be identified with IETM Configuration Controlled Revisable Unit mark-up. IETM data shall be modeled on the Sikorsky MIL-M-81927B based IETM DTD revised to migrate toward W3C XML 1.0 markup conformance. In addition the Contractor shall provide an ERAC support plan, a Quality Assurance Plan, fleet support, and fleet training in conjunction with delivery of the IETM product.
