The Naval Air System Command intends to issue modify Contract N00019-93-C-0058 to General Electric Aircraft Engines, 1000 Western Avenue, Lynn, MA 01919-5000, for the inclusion of the IETMs requirement. The Contractor shall convert Intermediate and Depot level T64-GE-400 technical manuals into an IETM. The IETM shall be fu1ly functional, (Class II minimum hyper-linked electronic book capable of being traversed and viewed from within a Class IV IETM database). IETM work packages shall be identified with IETM Configuration Controlled Revisable Unit mark-up. IETM data shall be modeled on a MIL-STD-3001 series content specific layered DTD revised to conform to W3C XML 1.0 markup conformance. IETM graphics shall be provided in Communication Committee International Telephony Telegraphy (CITT) Group 4 Bi-tonal Raster or Tagged Image File Format (TIFF) which are viewable under DynaText/DynaWeb control. In addition the Contractor shall provide an ERAC support plan, a Quality Assurance Plan, fleet support, and fleet training in conjunction with delivery of the IETM product.
