This IS NOT a presolicitation pursuant to FAR Part 12, but is a market survey to identify Commercial Sources to participate in a mass reproduction of compact discs for training. The Dept. of Treasury, Procurement Branch, is seeking information from companies on other Federal Agencies, that currently (or plan to) provide reproduction services for IRS training compact discs. Required services are as follows: produce a master mold of a provided training compact disc; as needed, reproduce large quantities with short response time frames; produce a master cardboard packing-sleeve, reproduce one packing-sleeve for each reproduced compact disc; produce a master of a furnished label, then reproduce and adhere one label to each reproduced compact disc. This does not constitute an Invitation for Bid or Request for Proposal and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government. The Government will not reimburse contractor for any cost incurred for their participation in this survey. All businesses are encouraged to participate in this survey.
