Contractor shall furnish all plant, equipment, labor, services, Materials, tools, applicable tests, supervision, and perform all work in strict accordance with the specifications, schedules, plans and drawings for Boiler replacement on Bldg.'s 401 & 409. Work will include but not limited to demolition of existing hot water coil heating systems, work also includes limited asbestos removal. Replace portions of the HVAC systems in both buildings to include; new piping, boiler, variable volume dampers for each room, rework EMCS control systems, air handlers, ceiling & wall renovation for VAV's and replace pump and chilled underground pipelines between buildings. Options if awarded include: Relocation of GTE (telephone lines) and TCA (TV cables). Provide New Roof Curbs. Install Mansard Roof. Project involves phased construction and specail working conditions. Acquisition will be full and open compitition for both small and large business in accordance with public law and Federal Acquisition Regulations.
