65 -- DURABLE MEDICAL EQUIPMENT SOL 550-11-99 DUE 040899 POC Marietta Hance, Contract Specialist, (217)-431-6536 The VA Medical Center, Danville, Illinois is requesting offers from durable medical equipment providers to supply, deliver, service, and store durable medical equipment such as hospital beds and mattresses; trapeze assemblies and floor stands; overbed tables; wheelchairs (indoor and outdoor) and cushions; bedside commodes, safety rails and seats; bath seats and transfer benches; lift chairs; and patient lifts for approximately 42 Illinois counties and 8 Indiana counties. Contractor and contractor sites must be JCAHO accreditated. Contractor shall provide a completely managed network that can purchase, supply, deliver, set-up, train on use, service/maintain/clean/repair, recover, and store durable medical equipment to eligible VA beneficiaries as authorized by this medical center.
