The contractor will provide all the necessary support equipment to operate the infrared sensor and produce a final report. The survey must be completed by April 24, 1999. The final report will include a video recording of the survey, detailed information about the survey methods and conditions, an electronic data file on CD-ROM that contains the location of each deer in universal transverse mercator format with an accuracy of one meter, and the time each deer was spotted. A local company may donate helicopter flight time and a forward looking infrared radar. The contractor should be prepared to work with this equipment or provide their own if the donation does not occur.
