Work shall include the removal and disposal of asbestos contaminated materials in the form of building siding, pipe insulation, transite wallboard and roofing materials. Buildings consist of wood frame, reinforced concrete and steel construction on concrete foundations. Some minimal earth moving is required for filling and drainage. Utility lines (water, steam and air) shall also be properly cut and capped. Bid date is not firm, but will be on or after April 30, 1999. Estimated range is between $100,000 and $250,000.
