lease of a new building on an uncontrolled site in Hendersonville NC
during the period beginning March 10, 1999, through April 15, 1999. The
offeror will be required to construct a new facility to meet Postal
Service requirements or provide an existing building. The preferred
area is: North -- Clear Creek Road; South -- Airport Road; East --
Interstate 26; West -- US 25. The net interior building size is 4,100
square feet with minimum site size of 56,910 square feet. Offers of
existing buildings for lease should contain 4,000 to 5,000 square feet
of net interior space. Buildings must be environmentally clean. Offers
are due in this office by COB 4/15/99. A check in the amount of $50.00
made payable to "City Blue Print & Supply Co" is required for each
