The work includes repair of existing metal plate floors and metal siding. Installation of gypsum board partitions, insulation, ceilings, floor finishes, new HVAC system, plumbing, double action -preaction fire suppression system, new fire alarm system, lighting fixtures, convenience outlets, electrical distribution system and enclosing of trailer area for protection from the elements. Also, the base sanitary system and the natural gas distribution system will be extended. Estimated range: $500,000 -- $1,000,000 Performance period: 360 days Automated statements regarding availability of written solicitations do not apply to this acquisition.
