Of Commerce, NOAA, intends to purchase 11 Ocean Profiling Temperature Floats. These floats will be used to determine ocean temperature profiles and surface ocean current circulation patterns during a two year experiment in the subtropical Atlantic Ocean. t. This requirement is for equipment for which the Government intends to acquire under the authority of 41USC253(c)(1) under the guidelines of FAR Part 12, Commercial Items. Any business source able to provide the exact make and model of the equipment referenced herein is encouraged to respond to this announcement within 15 days after publication.
