Services may include but not limited to: life safety inspections, investigations, preparation of construction documents, estimates, construction administration or assistance to Federal Bureau of Prisons staff in the preparation of in-house designs or related work. Services may also include special studies, reports, programming, site evaluations and other work. Selection of firms to be interviewed will be limited to those located within a 50-mile radius to the Regional Office, which is located in Kansas City Kansas. The government anticipates multiple awards of firm-fixed priced, indefinite-quanitity, indefinite-delivery type contracts. Firms to perform services as required by the issuance of individual task orders. The minimum estimated amount of each task order is $500.00, and the estimated maximum is $500,000.00. Services will be required for a one-year base period, with four one-year option periods for a total of sixty months from the date of award. Selection criteria will be based on the following evaluation factors: Capacity and Capability/Technical Competence (30%); Project Team and Organization/Specialized Experience (25%); Experience and Past Performance (35%): Knowledge of Localitites (10%).
