The Architct-Engineer shall investigate all existing roads which may include borings and prepare report of existing conditions with recommended repair/replacement. The A/E is to prepare schematic, design development and contract documents to repair/replace roads based on NCA review and approval report. Contract documents to include installation of fiber optic system backboned between Administration and Maintenance Buildings and also to include and paint ornamental iron fence. No sand blasting will be permitted. (use walnut shells). Special care must be taken to preserve the iron fence finish.
