The Wyoming Army National Guard intends to solicit and negotiate with offerors in the competitive range, to acquire catering of meal services at The Consolidated Dining Facility, Camp Guernsey, Guernsey, WY. A one year plus three (3) option years, fixed-priced requirements type contract is anticipated. The contractor will provide all subsistence and supplies necessary to provide self service all you can eat buffet type meals. The Government will provide the facility and will provide certain property under accountability such as, utensils, ranges, refrigerators, tables and chairs, desks, filing cabinets, and assorted appliances. The contractor shall furnish all personnel to accomplish work required by the contract to include: Dining Facility Manager, food preparation, and serving personnel. The contractor shall establish and follow a quality control program that will meet all requirements for food preparation, cooking, serving and handling. Standard meal service hours will be: Breakfast -- 0600-0730,Lunch -- 1200-1300, and Dinner -- 1700-1800. The Government will reserve the right to vary meals and meal times. Standard meal menus will be provided to the contractor by the Government. The contractor will also prepare meals for pickup at the Dining Facility.
